The changing face of business

Business owners, I am curious. What, if anything, have you changed in your business to accommodate the recession?

As the market has changed over the last few years I have had to rethink a lot of the ways I do business – my rate structure, my vendors, my marketing, my service offerings… all are under scrutiny.
